1. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are offered for items that arrive defective, damaged, or do not match their description. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.2. Refund Process

After reviewing your request, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, returned via your original payment method.
3. What Cannot Be Refunded
- Customized or special-order products.
- Digital items or software downloads
- Services that have already been performed or delivered.
