Refund Policy

At Diamond 7 Communication Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. When Refunds Apply

Refunds are offered for items that arrive defective, damaged, or do not match their description. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos may be required).
After reviewing your request, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, returned via your original payment method.

If a product is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped or services have begun, cancellations may not be possible.
